British • “Decided to visit for a bite to eat 5pm subday me the wife 2 kids and my daughters friend.Not too busy we sat across 2 tables so we were comfortable.Ordered mains and desserts good foodService was great very attentive indeed.I used to be a very regular before getting married and the lion was my go to 5-7 times a week lol.Good to see some old faces tooDaughters enjoyed the karaoke too well done all.”
British • “Very nice place, great food (Some good vegetarian options too). Kids menu available.There's a dress code here, it's a little bit posh, don't wear a football shirt or other sports top - you don't have to go overboard but smart casual is the safest bet.”

British • “It’s been almost 25 years since I’ve been back to Wolverhampton and this place was a great way to experience my trip. Absolutely loved the bartenders! They were fantastic, fast, and never once had to wave them down for another pint. I had a wicked cool chat with local - this gent was probably one of the coolest people I’ve ever met. This guy was awesome! If I ever come back to Wolverhampton again, I will definitely be stopping in for some food and a few pints.”

“Was a little skeptical as never heard of this place until too I was bought a voucher for an afternoon tea. The very helpful team allowed me to convert it to a credit towards an evening meals.The food was delicious, the steak cooked to perfection, followed by the cherry baked Alaska from that night ‘specials’ board. The service was also great, polite, smiles and humour.All in all a great experience and will be back another time for sure.Parking: Plenty of space at the back of the hotel.”
