On arrival we were not sure of where the restaurant was, and one of the other customers gave us appropriate directions and help. We did not have a prior booking/reservation but we were allocated table immediately.There is plenty of car parking, and the popularity of the place showed by how many vehicles were already parked up. Opened after re-furb. Service did not seem as good. Asked where Steve had gone-none comittal answer. Pint wasn't as good, time will tell. Nothing ever changes for the better. Much improved 22/3/2023.Went again on Tuesday, pint of Glow at £2.90.

Stopped on the way home from Bridgnorth..lovely open fire..had a nice pint of bitter and one of the best cheese and onion cobs I have ever had..my partner had mulled wine which was nice aswell.
