Dropped in at 5 tonight, ordered tikka meat and battered chips. Tikka meat was fresh and so was salad, however chips were not quite ready and unfortunately quite a few were raw which sorta spoiled the meal. Have been here on a Sunday before and the food was just fine. Hopefully it was just a one off. ?
Amazing chippy I come here every so often and they never disappoint. The food is spot on the staff are friendly and I’ll be back here soon for some nicely coated battered chips and a fresh Pie

Used to be the best.. but prices seem to have sored and service and atmosphere drop..shrinkflation i guess.. I took my visiting cousins here to sample battered chips. Asked for large to share out in the car on the way home.. Apparently there is no such thing as large or small any more just "tiny'... the portions were so small.. bit the cost was astronomical for 2 portions...
