Restaurant currently having a refurb. So went through drive through. If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would! Staff sooooooooo unprofessional and the food, absolutely vile! And cold!! Black specks all over the chips, what's happened? Fillet burger was stale and everything just tasted..... strange. It's always been so hit and miss there, getting your correct order is definitely rare, so check before you come away, 9/10 it will be wrong ?. I won't be returning again, it's gone too far, do yourself a favour and go to GRILL IT next door! Better staff, better service, BETTER FOOD!Edit: mentioned to my parents, who also happened to go the same week and said exactly the same! How are they still open?

Would have got 5* we went there after the drones event at Wolverhampton race course. The self ordering touch screen was easy to use and gave you your order number on the screen. But if you have not got a good memory!!!you would be stuck!? as your receipt comes out blank? ahh where is my order number? I know you were very busy but please check the printing cartridges in your ordering screens. My wife and I had to keep reminding each other what our order number was
I just ordered from uber eat and didn't receive the full order. I'm so disappointed as it was my first time ordering from here. Will never order from here again. It's my first ever bad review for a place. I really hope the staff values the customers and gives the right orders out.

Absolutely disgusted with this branch KFC I ordered near enough 30quid worth of food and didn’t receive half of it! I received fries n wings and not my 2 buckets of chicken or 1.5litre of Pepsi despite the food I received was so cold!!! Been trying to contact them for over an hour now but phone does not go through at all!!!! Fuking disgusted!

Why is this KFC incapable of getting the order correct. Ordered 4 meals but only 3 in the bag. I am angry with myself for not checking before I drove away as I have never had a correct order. Cost twice the fuel having to return. Don’t know if the one on the Penn Road is better but if I’m having to use twice the fuel I will be using that one from now on.
