Why is this KFC incapable of getting the order correct. Ordered 4 meals but only 3 in the bag. I am angry with myself for not checking before I drove away as I have never had a correct order. Cost twice the fuel having to return. Don’t know if the one on the Penn Road is better but if I’m having to use twice the fuel I will be using that one from now on.
Can't really complain about the restaurant, obviously it is a corporate KFC, sells everything you expect and the service was quick.Had no problems parking or getting a seat. There was plenty of condiments, the place was clean.

Would have got 5* we went there after the drones event at Wolverhampton race course. The self ordering touch screen was easy to use and gave you your order number on the screen. But if you have not got a good memory!!!you would be stuck!? as your receipt comes out blank? ahh where is my order number? I know you were very busy but please check the printing cartridges in your ordering screens. My wife and I had to keep reminding each other what our order number was
