Had to give one star as no option for 0.Indifferent staff... ordered for delivery one of mains missing response *go to uber for refund' uber saying pizza express got it wrong and visa versa. Gamble if you want delivery!

Booked as a group - pre ordered meals. Still some confusion on orders & not everything ordered was available on the night.…service from some waitresses was amazing; friendly, engaging & professional - others less so…Food was good.‘Party room’ is a little lacking in atmosphere & has a small out of service kitchen area at the back…however it is lovely being in a private room.I would return if asked, & I would enjoy it, but I would probably not choose to book there myself.

A brilliant team giving brilliant service. All members of staff were working with urgency and a smile on their face on what was an extremely busy Sat night. I’ve refused to dine in this particular PE for some time as the service has been horrendous - I only went in as my 12 year old daughter and friends chose it for a birthday celebration. What a turnaround. James and his team made it memorable for all the right reasons. We will be back!

Friendly staff. Bit of a wait. Strangely enough the Pizza Express I bought in Sainsbury's was better than the one served in the restaurant. The thin base was so thin and tough that my granddaughter and I had a job cutting through it! It was also rather sparsely topped. Whereas the Sainsbury's one was generously topped and a slightly thicker base, although still classified as thin. A damn sight easier to cut and a lot more tastier! And, a lot cheaper!

Never go wrong with the food at Pizza Express, especially when travelling and unsure of the local restaurants. As for Arundel? You can add the beautiful locations and lovely friendly service from good staff, a shout out for our waitress Abi who was great.

Really nice restaurant.Came here with my wife, son and his wife, and my grandson (1).We had a lovely meal and really enjoyed it.We had doughballs with pesto, to share. My wife had the carbonara and I had the pizza Forza with extra olives (pictured). It was really good!Young Cam had a child's meal deal and loved sucking the sauce off his pasta, before eating it. He especially enjoyed the ice cream and babychino.Good atmosphere and lovely staff.Kid-friendliness: Cam loved his meal.

We had a birthday lunch for my husband today with my friends and it was an amazing experience. The two staff who served us Abi & Poppy, were very kind and friendly. They assisted us in preparing the birthday cake and singing the birthday song for my husband. He was surprisingly delighted with his birthday lunch. Highly commended Abi and Poppy for their excellent service!????????????
