As gyms go, it is a bit smallish, but being AGE UK it's ideal for the slightly older generation, although younger people can use it.The gym has recently installed a whole range of new equipment and is very well run by the friendly staff and volunteers who give up their time to help you with your fitness.I am aware that you can have one to one fitness programs to suit your personal needs.Myself and the wife have been members of the centre and the gym for a number of years now and...read full review

Great dementia friendly place that has a cafe, social area, hairdresser and other facilities. Nice reception staff and a great place for older local people to spend the day, have lunch and have social activities

Great venue for us over 50!!Plenty of activities available for all your different interests with the added benefit of a full gym and great kitchen. Also a great place to make new friends
