If it was possible to give it 0 stars i would messed up order cant even make a sandwich right ?? pathetic get better staff or someone who can actually make and cut up a sandwich properly
This outlet always focuses on pick up orders and never the customer standing in front of them. Myself and another customer stood there for 6 minutes before we were even acknowledged & even the it was with a raised eyebrow. Really poor customer service.

Kevin had 500 points not taken off as the lady wearing a green t-shirt who was brown in colour said it was 3.99 and charged him for the sandwich when he could get a free one. Assistant Manager also of brown origine and a male said the transaction has been made and he couldn't be refunded his 3.99 that he paid for sandwich when he had shown on the phone he wanted to use his 500 points for the sandwich. Very bad customer service
