Worst service ever. I ordered a pizza online and when I went to collect it they said there’s no order in their system. I showed them the proof with the order number and payment information for that order and the guy just ignored and said i was there to get free pizza because he cant see it on the system. I have not set foot in that place ever since.

I have allergies & have previously been advised I can only order in person so just went in to order & was treated like a massive inconvenience. The guy serving insisted we had to order on the app, even though it's not possible to order the pizza I need via the app. The lady who has previously served me tried to step in & take my order, but was basically shouted down by the guy & told not to take my order. Even when we tried to show him it wasn't possible to place the order on the app, he kept arguing. It's an absolute disgrace that someone with genuine allergies is treated like an inconvenience! Walked out & will never be using Domino's Burgess Hill again.

Had to order 10 pizzas in the morning for a party. The delivery is just on time and pizza tasted fantastic! Got so many compliments from guests. Thank you very much!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! It cost my £40 which is soo expensive for some pizza, i orded 4 cookies which cost £6 and they didn’t turn up??? I rang domino’s and said they can’t refund or that they can send them. Didn’t get a refund and didn’t get them sent to me! IM REASLY

I have tried this a few times now and it's awful every time. I like a 5-10 minute drive from this place and the food always takes at least an hour to arrive, this last time, they actually brought me the completely wrong order and had to go back, still waited another 20 minutes, and the food was cold and actually uncooked. They actually charge an extra £2.99 for this delivery 'service', no matter what you order. NEVER use this place.

Worst service ever.. It took them around half an hour just to prepare the Garlic Bread..Kept lying that the order will be ready in just 2 mins for more than 15 mins continuously.

They can’t get orders right. Expect to be sent the wrong food and then not resolve the issue. Zero stars. The response from Domino’s below ignores the fact I have already tried to resolve and they will not do anything as I did not take a photo of the food that was wrong/missing! Avoid.

Chicken was very chewy. Very shocked with the pizza. Looks like a dog threw it up then they wacked it in the box. Pizza isn’t cheap so I’m quite upset with it. Cookies were great.

Just under 2hrs for a delivery, then when it turns up notes on changes totally ignored and pizzas just warm,driver even admitted they had sat on the hot plate for a while they even burned the cookies tried phoning but calls were ignored joke.

Absolutely disgusting how they are treat customers!!We ordered 2 pizza for 30£ in the day when was power cut. We didn't know about and they still took order online.We not receive pizza and no apologise from HR or IT and store manager in BH!!! We used yo like that store but be aware, they don't refund any money back !

Absolutely ridiculous I go into store and make my order to be told that they don’t except cash payments which is stupid as it’s legal tender and not everybody has the money in the bank and only has cash

Ordered two vegan pizzas. One arrived with dairy cheese (having 2 pizzas made the difference obvious to the eye and my partner tried it and confirmed). Called Dominoes, they were disinterested and not very helpful (didn’t even question if there was a dairy allergy which could have made their mistake dangerous). Asked for a replacement and had to explicitly ask for them to prioritise it as half our dinner was already on the table (they initially sent they’d send another one out but they were busy and it would be 45-50 minutes). Waited an hour, no replacement pizza. Called back, they couldn’t say what had happened nor did they apologise. Oh, and the pizza we could eat arrived cold.
