I first visited the railway in October after a last minute invite. Since then, it’s been my weekly go-to pub. Having met many of the staff now, they are always incredibly friendly and accommodating. James in particular never fails to provide brilliant service with a smile. I pre-booked food over the Christmas break and met Beks who runs the kitchen. I came to the railway Friday 1st December with a few friends for a couple drinks… it’s one of my favourite places to go! Always full of lovely people and the staff are so friendly and chatty! I have noticed all the decorations for Xmas are up and the place looks amazing! Even more than normal… prices are good for drinks and food even though this time I didn’t eat but I have before and the food is always great. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Went out for the day with the kids in Burgess Hill and on way to Train station saw the Railway and decided to take kids for something to eat and I’m so glad I did, the pub is beautiful! Kids loved the Christmas decorations too and the huge tree in window! Didn’t end there the service we got was outstanding nothing was too much they were great with the kids too gave the colouring to do and was so friendly and the food was delicious and a bargain!!
