I have allergies & have previously been advised I can only order in person so just went in to order & was treated like a massive inconvenience. The guy serving insisted we had to order on the app, even though it's not possible to order the pizza I need via the app. The lady who has previously served me tried to step in & take my order, but was basically shouted down by the guy & told not to take my order. VERY DISAPPOINTED! It cost my £40 which is soo expensive for some pizza, i orded 4 cookies which cost £6 and they didn’t turn up??? I rang domino’s and said they can’t refund or that they can send them. Didn’t get a refund and didn’t get them sent to me! IM REASLY

Worst service ever. I ordered a pizza online and when I went to collect it they said there’s no order in their system. I showed them the proof with the order number and payment information for that order and the guy just ignored and said i was there to get free pizza because he cant see it on the system. I have not set foot in that place ever since.
