The food is usually great, when you actually get what you order. They staple the bags shut so it's not easy to check what you've got when you collect, and when I phoned today to tell them my order was wrong, they didn't care at all. Just said "oh, sorry..." and then complete silence.Service is mostly awful though. I've order many times from Smoque, usually for collection. Do not order directly from the restaurant (on the phone or in store), the only system that works is the delivery apps. We rang up and ordered 4 burgers and chips it took 5 minutes appearing as if they’d never taken an order before. Unfortunately on collection they said our order didn’t process when we arrived to collect despite taking our number to ring us back should an issue such as this happen, and they must have forgotten the order as we had to reorder. always order from smoque and every other time we've ordered the food and staff had been exceptional. This time however it arrived 1hr after the expected delivery time. called to ask where the order was and was dismissed because they were busy and had orders everywhere. It would have been understandable had we ordered for 15 people but it was two simple chicken burgers. Very disappointed.
