CLOSED ‼️ The general public can’t book a room here anymore. This once fine hotel is now a sanctuary for illegal immigrants.

Nice hotel with great staff. The rooms are clean but a little dated. Food was very good with a great breakfast. Conference facilities were good. Bar prices were expensive. Room overlooked the internal atrium so you were unable to open the window to get natural air. Also it was very noisy as the atrium was very busy with drunken guests at the bar. Gym was decent enough. All in all a nice hotel.

Nice hotel . The hitel is clean and tidy. Rooms are OK nothing brilliant but you get what u pay for. Bed was comfortable and when I asked for extra pillows it wasn't a problem. Great located town center 5 min walk away perfect location for shopping Staff check in staff were lovely. Would only recommend for short stay . Comfortable clean perfect nothing fancy, however it was what we expected so not disappointed Ty 100 percent recommend for short stay , business or somewhere to lay your head for a couple of nights

The most good things for me were the staff who were polite, friendly, and professional. Also, the food was delicious.

Rooms not as modern as other hotels. Windows don't open in all rooms. Views aren't much, unless it's summer so you see greenery around.

The rooms are very dated and can be noisy. the location for gatwick is good however as are many other options that offer better value and facilities I would on the whole not recommend staying here. The service varies and definitely don't eat here unless you must

This hotel is fully booked until april by the government for the use of housing imigrants. The residents in the surrounding area are unhappy about this, there has been no notification from anyone. No courtesy from Mr millionaire Arora himself. The migrant children are running riot in the surrounding area. They have housing, food, prayer imams and security all laid on by the tax payer. Boycott this hotel when it is open to the public. Its a disgrace, there is no communication or consideration for the locals in the area.

Super clean and friendly environment, full English breakfast 10 out of 10, Chef Mark vary professional and kind with us! We definitely coming back sometime next year, really lovely place to stay for a longer period of time with family or in a couple.

Nicer hotel located near Gatwick airport. Rooms are modern and well appointed. Location is also good for access to the town. Didn't find it that noisy considering how close it was to Gatwick airport. Perfect place to stay if you have to fly out of Gatwick the next day, especially early in the morning. Definitely a more modern feel than some other hotels in and around London.

First of all the staff is so friendly and polite. Secondly the food is very nice a variety to choose from the kids love it. Rooms are always clean and tidy also I like the way the rooms have plenty of space for your stuff. In general it has modern design glass lifts, waterfall effects indoor plants etc....and much more.
