Nice hotel . The hitel is clean and tidy. Rooms are OK nothing brilliant but you get what u pay for. Bed was comfortable and when I asked for extra pillows it wasn't a problem. Great located town center 5 min walk away perfect location for shopping Staff check in staff were lovely. Would only recommend for short stay . The rooms are very dated and can be noisy. the location for gatwick is good however as are many other options that offer better value and facilities I would on the whole not recommend staying here. The service varies and definitely don't eat here unless you must

Nice hotel with great staff. The rooms are clean but a little dated. Food was very good with a great breakfast. Conference facilities were good. Bar prices were expensive. Room overlooked the internal atrium so you were unable to open the window to get natural air. Also it was very noisy as the atrium was very busy with drunken guests at the bar. Gym was decent enough. All in all a nice hotel.
