We have forgotten a suitcase at caffe nero. If anyone has seen it, let me know. A reward will be given to whoever finds it. It is small gray with a military pattern on it. Suitcase var like the picture, but smaller.Thanks

Food and drinks are about the usual for a Caffe Nero, you know what you're getting and always good. The most impressive thing was the staff and in particular the gentleman working tonight. He was so helpful as we were stuck in the airport for a long time. True embodiment of the gold standard of customer service and an absolute credit to the company. I think the server was new or training, so the wait was longer than expected even though there were only 3 of us in the queue with 2 servers, once served the drink was ??Parking: As we were dropping family off at the terminal we had to pay per hour, so would've appreciated a quick service as we were heading back on the motorway for a 4 hour journey on a Sunday evening.
