Ordered food and drink for two people ,only got one drink

Ordered 6 price meal £13.99 was charged for sides and didn't get drink cot nearly £20 not happy when tried to complain no answer on phone and online wouldn't let us proceed as if there blocking you from complaining

Ordered via the KFC site. Food was in the car 45mins shown on tracker and arrived cold. On taking delivery the 1.5ltr bottle of drink was missing. Called store and received no response. On calling the delivery company they said 45mins was acceptable.Sorry but cold food is never acceptable if its supposed to be hot!..Appalling service and quality

Went in there on Saturday at around 14.00. it was like the guy serving could not be bothered with my order and found very unhelpful.Also when we sat down the bin were over flowing with rubbish it was an absolute joke.It was quiet enough to empty

Been to the Crawley store on many occasions, to get the stuffing stacker, only to find they never have it in stock, I have asked them to put a notice on the window to say that it's not available, what they have ignored to do so, no sorry no nothing very bad, so wasted my time on queuing, management should pull the staff up and put a notice on the window so customers don't waste there time queuing, so I will be avoiding the store until things get better, not a happy customer

We have not eaten here for a while, and I can honestly say, this was a totally different experience from our last visit, the food was all freshly cooked and the biggest difference was the chips, cooked very nicely and lovely flavour.

Received a take out order from here this evening and am so disappointed with the food. The chicken was far from fresh, the skin on the chicken was rock hard, as though it had been left for a long period, then re-heated, the corn on a cob was bland, the burger was squashed together, oozing with excess sauce and everything was just so tasteless, (except for the chips which were actually ok). I remember when I used to eat from here years ago growing up and the food tasted so amazing back then, it used to be a pleasure eating there. Such a shame it tastes nothing like that anymore, for me. Sad to say I won't be eating from there again.
