Received a take out order from here this evening and am so disappointed with the food. The chicken was far from fresh, the skin on the chicken was rock hard, as though it had been left for a long period, then re-heated, the corn on a cob was bland, the burger was squashed together, oozing with excess sauce and everything was just so tasteless, (except for the chips which were actually ok). Basically the guy serving us was just really really nice. Our chicken was freshly cooked and delicious, and the chap on the counter was super nice and efficient. Seems a silly reason to rate a takeaway bar so highly, but sometimes encountering someone really pleasant and good at their job is a real bonus. And the chicken was delicious. Will definitely go back.

We have not eaten here for a while, and I can honestly say, this was a totally different experience from our last visit, the food was all freshly cooked and the biggest difference was the chips, cooked very nicely and lovely flavour.
