Staff don’t care. They seemingly have anger issues as they were throwing things about. Particularly the manager who seemed the angriest of all. Waited 40 minutes for glasses and drinks. Glasses arrived dirty. We dined with a child and when the food finally arrived, the child’s dish was served last. Stupid planning amongst the team.We came at a time where the restaurant was quite empty. I’m shocked they’re still open given the heavy amounts of bad (yet thoroughly deserved) reviews for this place.

Unfortunately the idea of table service has escaped the corporation of Pizza hut... the app is rubbish and got myself and another gust foxed... fortunately we were able to order the 'old fashioned way' and got passed the technical issues, with the use of a waiter... who'd of thought... good memories made anyway :-)

Waited 20mins + for a seat after telling us 5mins just left us in the door way with my autistic son screaming told us to order using a QR code 2 adults 2 yr old and a 7yr old £108 had us waiting for food for over 30mins then to add salt to injure had to wait for 15min+ for dessert had to get it to go witch took another 20 minutes to box up avoid only wanted lunch for my kids

Very good service helpful staff. Salad bar good and the pizza hot and keep coming . Children loved ice cream machine. Easy to park and so handy next to bowling.Kid-friendliness: Great for children buffet got them to try new things.

We had an hour before cinema, so perfect. Quick succinct service. Unlimited soda so helped ourselves, likewise salad. Used the £22 meal deal (although upgraded to stuff crust) all in all a great experience.

Enjoyed a lovely meal this evening with my husband and little girl.The food was spot on very fresh and tasty.The only thing that bothered me slightly is the refill drink, as it was a in a tap, it camr out a bit flat.However I had the £22 deal which I regret not ordering the optional wine or beer with instead, which of course I would next time. Other than this I can not fault the food at all and we will definitely be returning in the near future.

we've always liked the fact that although it's a pizza place it's other dishes like mac & cheese, ribs etc are very good indeed, this time around though the pizzas especially arrived a touch on the cold side, tasty but not hot hot, seemed a bit short staffed, pleasent and friendly but rushed.
