What bad service from start to finish only good part was the mobile ordering otherwise I thin we would still be there, took staff lack of acknowledgement when we arrived , then as a couple we was dat between 3 large groups with young children when there was other seating empty we had nothing on the table no cutlery napkins best part was mobile ordering but then we waited over 10mins for our glasses so we could actually have a drink the salad bar was half empty and replenishment...read full review

The restaurant is really nice and we had good service. The food was not good. Pizza tasted terrible. Dry and like eating cardboard. Seemed like it was frozen and reheated. I don't know pizza hut well enough to judge if it is just the way they make there pizza or this particular branch.

It is not bad but it is average. For that price, I would expect better food and better service. Only one person served, and we were asked to use the app, where there was no option for gluten-free pizza. The most expensive pizza restaurant of all pizza restaurants and has cheap poor service.
