Scam petrol station. Like everybody else, I got fined £100 for saying here longer than 30 minutes when I was fuelling up and purchasing other items from their store and have the receipts. The 0800 number the owner says you can ring is false information.

Unfortunately we had our car break down at this petrol station. We directly contacted the breakdown service, they advised us to not drive further ourselves. To my surprise many months later I received a fine for staying longer than 30 minutes. Of course I appealed multiple times with proof from the breakdown service that the car was broken. This was rejected without explanation, which means I am robbed out of my money by a corrupt system. Please don't go here!

they time you literally as your car enters the land and leaves so gotta time it as soon as your car enters the land wouldn't recommend got 60 quid fine for overstaying 12mins when i spent 50 quid there already also the parking sign is infront of the parking bays you'd of thought they time you once parked in them but no just blatant robbery

Toilets are out of use more than they are available to use! Please sort it out! If it was the pumps or the coffee machine I’m sure you’d of had them fixed by now!!!!!

Legit soooo dumb of a petrol station. You can’t even see a sign where it states if you stay longer than 30 minutes you’ll get a ticket. Even so there isn’t even anywhere to pay. I parked my car and went to McDonald’s cause I needed the walk after such a hefty journey. I looked around for signs and saw nothing so I assumed it’s ok. And then I had a munch at McDonald’s. And went back. Btw it wasn’t even busy there. This was around 6am and there was only one other car parked besides me that’s all so it’s not like I was hogging the parking spot. If I saw a place to pay for parking I would’ve. If I seen signs I would’ve moved. But I didn’t. Considering the other reviews I’m guessing the is a thing you guys enjoy doing. Guys please don’t ever come to this petrol station. PLEASE DONT! These guys enjoy robbing people of £100 (private company too)

My best friend car broken down there...it was Sunday..my day off...but as I'm mechanic I was only he's hope...got in the car and drove 2 hours to this petrol station in Gatwick...the staff was informed about the broken down car and about mechanic coming to try fix it...unfortunately Sunday I can't get the part from nowhere...so have to call tow truck...Several days later received pcn from euro car parks...£60...tried to explain to them the situation in appeal...Of course they reject it...Well done BP...really treating your customers well...Hopefully you get in the same situation...And guys...who puts bp ultimate petrol in the car...check the test between esso supreme, shell v power,bp ultimate and cheap asda petrol...you will be really surprised about the results...I can only say thumbs up for esso and shell...the rest see your selfs...

Disgusting, selfish business owner….!I noticed toilet is broken since more than a week they don’t care about customer’s comfort and basic needs. Similar complaints can be find in previous reviews by other customers.

Absolute rip-off they’re ripping up the public interest rate gone up, they’ve put fuel up how the hell works? It’s supposed to be going down, not going up or they’re working out with government so they can rip us off mother and father.

The BP petrol station in Gatwick, the worst and narrowest toilets, the bloody high petrol prices and, most distressing of all, the £100 fine. Waiting in line at the petrol station + paying time + toilet time + snack shopping time is almost half an hour, and the most unfortunate part is that Euro car parks will charge you a £100 ticket when you spend more than half an hour at the petrol station
