Dined here this Saturday just gone. Lovely food - even better service. Beautiful surroundings and relaxed atmosphere. Stayed in one of the out houses. Tastefully decorated, very clean, lovely bath tub- if I had to be picky, the green light on all night above our bed made our night a bit restless - i assume it's a fire exit thing which seems unnecessary considering how small and cosy the room is. Lunch for four. Choice was a little limited with out of stock items on a fairly small menu overall the food was fine. Staff were friendly and efficient.Noteworthy details: It is a well regarded restaurant locally but the new owners need to be a bit more adventurous and present a more varied menu. We did not stay overnight.

We had a meal for 14. Service was excellent! Very friendly, not to fast and not too slow, just perfect. Food was well presented and delicious. The surroundings were lovely - Christmassy, warm and welcoming.
