We made an advance booking and on arriving found that it was closed. No prior communication. Luckily we went to No1 Lounge where we received a warm welcome, great food and first class service

Visited here using my Priority Pass, which is a good start bc many lounges don't take it any more! Very courteous attendant checked me in. The lounge is like a nice airport bar. Full bar and a hot English breakfast on offer as well as smoothies and juices. Flight board to keep you updated on your schedule. Good wifi.

My daughter and I recently had the pleasure of being served by Dawn at the airport lounge. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience positive. During the visit, I was recovering from an ankle injury and struggling to walk.When we arrived, Dawn greeted us with a warm smile then showed us to a comfy corner of the lounge, offered us a drink and invited us to the buffet table.Throughout our time at the lounge, she constantly checked with us to see if we needed anything else including keeping us updated with our flight status. We were really impressed with Dawn's customer service. She was attentive, polite, and genuinely helpful. She made us feel welcome and comfortable in the lounge.I would definitely give Dawn a 5-star rating. She is a valuable asset to the airport lounge, and I'm grateful for her help.

DO NOT BOOK THIS LOUNGE!We booked this for our upcoming holiday only for them to advise us 1 week later that they've closed the lounge until the beginning of July!?They've taken our money and are offering a voucher or to apply for a refund which will take god knows how long!Currently no voucher even exists on our booking!Very frustrating!!

Worst, unprofessional and mostly arrogant lounge I have every been on this globe. Every time I come here the lounge is “full” for “cardholders”. I can live with that but the arrogance of the receptionists and how they treat you by ignoring you is just unbelievable. I do hope they will have more lounges so they feel a bit competition that may help them. The food is also not the best…..if you are making it in and not being ignored.

10/09/2021. 11am - 1pm Worst lounge ever. Total waste of money.Overcrowded, like a cafe, booked far too many people, too few staff who did their best. Only two choices of lunch, small spicy veg curry or solid pasta ( kids meal ???) No desserts, just one dry small scone served with frozen cream, which the staff had to microwave to melt. Only other food was a packet of cream crackers with cheese.Wish we had bought a decent meal on the airport complex . Left hungry, and we will ask for a refund for this overpriced snack.

Was nice to get away from hustle and bustle but was underwhelmed. Table needed clearing on arrival, WiFi not working.. Cold buffet was a couple of bowls of salad with some bread rolls. Pleasant staff and hot food tasted good but small portions. I used 'my Lounge' a couple of years back and was far better in terms of varieties of food available although I appreciate that Covid has taken its toll. I wouldn't book the Aspire lounge again though as not worth the money unfortunately.

Food is much better at weatherspoons. Staff inattentive. Three times we have stood up to try and get attention, just to see 3+ staff members huddled together having a chat.I'm not normally one to complain, but some times, it just has to happen.
