We decided to try Plaza lounge this time and it was much better than other lounges we have used at Gatwick. Great view and vibes, good food and liked dedicating area for kids. The staff is amazing too. Will definitely come back here again.

Gross. The food is diabolical. The bacon was barely cooked and I blame that for making me ill that evening. The lounge is dirty. I should’ve stuck with number one lounge which I usually use. The staff were nice but the girl changing the beer was grumpy and didn’t apologise for the queue that was forming.

The lounge was great.We had to wait some 30mins before coming in, which didn't look necessary as it wasn't crowded.Good food options for lunch, and tasty dessert. Facilities were clean and the staff was super friendly.

Lounge was a lovely peace and quiet from the chaotic airport, great variety of breakfast (although would be good to have dietaries labelled on food e.g veggie and vegan. Staff were lovely and shout out to Tordanna for accommodating our large expresso order!

Staff are very friendly, from receoption to the ladies behind the bar, they were all very nice, always ready with a smile. Neesha came to check in on us. Food selection was very limited, there was only plain mac and cheese and a indian chicken dish with rice. There was no other dish to select. Drinks was a good selection, we don't drink alcohol so not much of a problem there. The lounge looks tired in some areas, needs more tlc as paint was coming off. Toilets are very clean.Overall, not bad place to stay in for a few hours while waiting for our flight. Thank you ladies for your great service.
