Very expensive, the food is nice but honestly so pricey. Major down side and disappointment is that there drinks are incredibly hit and miss. For the price of them you’d expect them to taste amazing every time.To add to the disappointment and frustration there always closing 15-20 minuets early, today I was even told the machines are off and there’s no baristas and this was 20 minuets before they’re meant to close

Pret A Manger has always been my go-to spot internationally. I could always count on finding cold-pressed juice and fresh fruits there. The dining area was spacious and the service was good. The checkout process was quick. The best part is that they do take apple pay.

You would think a main skill requirement to work at a coffee chain, especially at an airport, would be „can deliver under pressure“. On an average busy Thursday afternoon waiting in the Q for 5+ min and another 5 for the coffee is too long. Several staff looked positively lost, only the guy who served me apologised for the wait. The ones preparing the coffee looked bored and not efficient at all. Multiple coffees went out with noone to claim them. How?I visit this branch regularly and not once was I happy with the timings.Other people would be happy to have a job, even a minimum wage one. Have some pride in what you do and give your customers a good send off for their flight. Please!!

A load of average vastly overpriced food.Worst thing is you have to part with your personal details to get 20% off the overinflated prices to pay a fortune still anyway. Even an apple or banana is 99p or if you part with your personal details you can get them for 79p. Wow how generous!Wouldn’t touch Pret again as long as I live. Getting travellers to sign up for a so called club is beyond disingenuous.

As you would expect from a place like this, it is packed with people most of the time. The service, I felt, was friendly, even though I came in a rush period. Hats off to the people behind the counter. The reason for the 3 star however is (besides that I can't give decimal points, in that case it would be 3.2-3.3), that it's not really stands out in any way. The coffee itself is ok, but not better, the prices are fair and as I said, the service was nice as possible. I would go there again but nothing extraordinary.

This location was already missing ice at 11, on Sunday morning. I asked for an iced coffee, but I couldn't have one. It's unbelievable how a big chain like Pret doesn't know how to manage their stock ?
