You would think a main skill requirement to work at a coffee chain, especially at an airport, would be „can deliver under pressure“. On an average busy Thursday afternoon waiting in the Q for 5+ min and another 5 for the coffee is too long. Several staff looked positively lost, only the guy who served me apologised for the wait. The ones preparing the coffee looked bored and not efficient at all. Multiple coffees went out with noone to claim them. How?I visit this branch regularly...read full review
As you would expect from a place like this, it is packed with people most of the time. The service, I felt, was friendly, even though I came in a rush period. Hats off to the people behind the counter. The reason for the 3 star however is (besides that I can't give decimal points, in that case it would be 3.2-3.3), that it's not really stands out in any way. The coffee itself is ok, but not better, the prices are fair and as I said, the service was nice as possible. I would go...read full review
