Everyone hyped their burgers so much for me and it was a very regular fast food burger, nothing remarkable. Same with the fries. Maybe it's because it was an airport shop?

Not like the US.. dry burgers & fries. Staff could be more friendly and smile ?. Lots of customers hang around so there are no seats available. Please sort it out.

Visited pre departure around 6am on a Friday morning.Promptly served, 4 of us getting a coffee and a breakfast burger.Attentive staff and served efficiently.Tables clean and food was exactly as expected.Would happily recommend for a quick airport fast food experience.

Normally Shake Shack is fine at Gatwick North, but my bacon and egg breakfast bun yesterday was fatty and made me feel sick. (Restored to health with a small tin of ginger ale on the plane). It's good that they show calorie count on the menu, otherwise I would have compounded the problem with a sausage. On the plus side, swift, polite service and plenty of seating.

Tasty sandwiches at affordable prices make it a standout choice.The Smokeshack sandwich, with a subtle pepper flavor minus the heat, deserves a mention. The bacon cheese fries with a special sauce are a delightful accompaniment. A solid choice for a satisfying airport meal during your gate wait.

I was served today by a lovely lady called Leanne. She was so helpful and attentive, and went the extra mile to help me out on my first visit to shake shack!! The food was okay.. bit overpriced, but the great customer service from Leanne made it all worth my while. Leanne… you’re a true asset to shake shack????

Lovely meal from ShakeShack at North Terminal in Gatwick. Ranu had excellent customer service! She gave me recommendations and asked me about my day. Food was excellent also. Would recommend to a friend.
