Excellent service, good food and really good value compared to the airport which I'd generally overpriced and poorly run.

Decent food but not value for the cost. Service was good. Don't expect more than an airport semi fast food establishment though.

5 stars just for Kelly, she was such an incredible waitress. Deserves a promotion of some sort. Would go back just to be served by her again. Incredibly attentive and

Quick service, decent food, parts of the restaurant are a little too dark to read the menu.
We looked at the menu on-line only to find what we wanted was no longer available. The double cheese burger was over getting drier as you went, cobb salad was plentiful but spoilt by the soggy lumps of bread posing as croutons. The service was excellent just let down by the food.

My boyfriend and I don’t agree on breakfast as he likes a Full English and I like Continental. We chose this as it had both and it was buffet style – also an excellent price at £9.99 per person. There was plenty of choice with everything and the hot food was being replaced frequently. The two toaster machines (both took two pieces of bread at a time) were quick and toasted not too little and not too much so it suited everyone. The staffs were very friendly and quick at their jobs. A lovely, clean and relaxing setting with no pressure to be rushed.

This place is a phenomenon. It’s the only restaurant in the Gatwick North Premier Inn, which has 700 rooms. It wouldn’t surprise us if they served 1,000 people on some days when the hotel is full. And yet every time we’ve been here before or after a holiday flight, the service has been efficient and the food good. On our most recent stay, our waitress (Lauren W) again was really friendly and helpful. The food is nothing fancy - just regular Premier Inn fare - but it’s good value and always comes quickly to the table and is hot when it arrives. Other hotels should visit this place to see how to serve large volumes of guests this efficiently.

Food was ok. Very overpriced for brakes bros microwaved meals. Service wasn't great either. Will stay at the hotel again, but maybe not bother with dinner.
