just been to the shell (22:30 22/02/24) and the night worker is blaint rude, i tried to ask him if he can get me a drink from the fridge as i forgot to ask, he just kept on telling me the price of what he already has on the counter, i see him quite regularly and he has always been nice to me, but tonight he had a change of attitude, my family members has had similar experience with this individual on quite a lot of occasions and its just not on.

The worst petrol station I have ever visited in the uk, the management is cheating customers as they did not turn off the payment option as the air pump is not working and there is no notice I have tried to fill the air and the machine took all my air of the tyre, as is gone completely flat.At first instance when I was at station to fill the petrol staff were not even bothered to turn on the fuel and to look at the station although they were no one inside.All I requested was just to help me Jordan tried to help me with this excellent communication skills and very empathetic who has being in the shoe of customer and tried to help in every possibility way I really really appreciate that, I hope I would have done something for Jordan, I really would like to see Jordan in better position he is the start for excellence custom service skills.Jordan tied to connect me with the management Prasanna and the Koyle they put me in a situation to make it worst and tried to be very rude and saying that is your problem you call the break down cover are the words of Prasanna, I have the call recording and everything I'm going to take this to the head off, the staff called me a thief and behave very rude but were not helpful like Jordan.I will really appreciate Shell as I am a member, with other details, I use shell regularly, and want action to be taken against the negligent staff specially Prasanna, I also have evidence and call recording.The man from no where and Jordan helped me with the right solution.Jordan I really would like to thank you for your kindness when I got pass I will come see you thank you mate, I wish you all the best.

Went here to get fuel the other week. Coming back from a long day with the dog. Filled up, went to go pay and was told I couldn’t as I had my dog with me, and to leave her outside.I was carrying her as she is a small dog and due to medical issues can not be left on her own even for a few mins to pay for petrol.Staff totally unreasonable.This is the first (and hopefully) only garage to do this to us.I get if the dog was walking round sniffing but I was carrying her so she couldn’t do anything bad.Considering the “shop” part of this Shell is Waitrose I was even more shocked as when I shop in the rustington waitrose I see dogs being carried around when I’m in there!This shell will not be getting our business again. We would rather travel to the one in shoreham to fill up as they let us bring our dog in there.

Great service from the start and finish absolutely
I go here every day and most staff are really welcoming, but there is one male staff that is always rude, ignorant, snatches money when I pay, not at all helpful and when I see him I think oh not him again hoping he won’t serve me. Shouldn’t be working there! Next time I will look at his name tag and post that too.

We use Shell as the petrol has a number of advantages in quality we understand. We find the car is more zippy when needed than with other brand's.Sorry you miss a star because your car wash didn't clean the car at all well. For that we visit Tesco or wait until a heavy rain storm.If I was making only the car wash I would give it one star.

Very disappointed, I wanted a coffee early hours and was told don’t do coffees after 11pm , what a joke . Don’t have a problem at Arundel frontwell shell coffee and and night. I bet the bloke working just couldn’t be asked
