“We were cycling the South Downs Way and were camping nearby. This was a perfect place to have a couple of beers and eat. Really nice pints, very friendly and helpful service and an absolutely delicious meal - for me, Sea Bream with new potatoes and Mediterranean vegetables. I was surprised how good it was and not too expensive considering. I've not reviewed food before on Google but thought this was well deserved.Walkability: Nice walk down the lane from the campsite on the South Downs Way.”

“Good coffee, delicious cake and friendly service. This place is tucked away but well worth checking out if you are visiting Midhurst or just passing through. There is lots of outdoor seating and it's a great place for lunch or a snack on a sunny day.”

“We had a lovely visit today for some drinks and cake. Our very young baby was being a little fussy and crying a lot which we thought was disturbing other customers but the staff were so kind and reassured us and offered to hold her so we could have a break. They even gave us some complimentary drinks.Thank you again for being so kind to some very stressed first time parents!”
