Took my Mum for lunch, found The Unicorn by accident and had a fabulous meal. Excellent food and friendly service. Will definitely return.

A pub that hosts the Hunt. Sadly didn't realise until we sat down and were overlooked by photographs of the hunt meets at the Unicorn Inn. This was after drinks and food had been ordered otherwise we would have never have supported them. A village pub with a good name and zero ethics and pretty naff food. Plenty of public houses that don't and won't entertain the wildlife destroying hunt.

Such a lovely place! We found this while driving around the area. Very cosy atmosphere and friendly staff! The soufflé was spot on! Reasonable price for what you get! Definitely coming back!

after our visit to the Weald Museum we wanted to east something, googled the nearest Pub and ended up here ! I have to say we did not regret it . the Place has a fantastic View , nice Food , and most importantly extreme friendly staff with who we had a lovely short conversation. Highly recommended and defiantly to be back during summer to enjoy the view outside

Really enjoyed a 3 course lunch with my choir, The Siena Singers. 1st class food (particularly the tender, succulent Venison!) & friendly, smiley staff!

Had the pleasure of experiencing the Unicorn Inn's Sunday lunch yesterday for a Family Birthday of 13 people. From initial booking request, to the all important food and drinks service, there was nothing to fault, only cheerful fun and banter, ably supported by Laura and the efficiently friendly table personnel. The cosy and welcoming ambience of the Unicorn is complemented by it's idyllic English Village setting, nestled discreetly amongst the rolling hills and farmland of the South Downs. Would we return ? - You Betcha ! by general family consensus

What a great afternoon we were spoilt by the weather and the food and drink. Sitting in the sun, looking at the back of the south downs.
