Have just call in to Costa Coffee homebush Shoreham The service could not have been a higher standard by the young manageress who is excellent at her job and customer service and customer relations in this day and age was a breath of fresh air whilst still training Sam (trainee) again excellent work and another first day (trainee) A review from myself is a very rare occurrence but just felt that it needed to be NOTED EXCELLENT HOPE YOUR BOSSES DOTOO
This is one of the best Costa's, I go in. My mum and I love the manger, she is a real asset. Her and her staff work so well together and very hard working. Coffee is always fantastic.

Food and drink were excellent. Just coffee and toasties, but they were up to standard. Service was fine, nothing outstanding, was a bit unclear who was serving me at the start (turns out 2 people were both doing it). There was an annoying group of kids in there, who didn't bother me too much, but were clearly bothering others.
