I am only rating rhe coffee as that's usually all I have. I always ask for a warm flat white & clarify it by asking for it not too hot. (The correct way is not to serve it scalding hot because it brings out a burnt taste to the coffee & the milk no longer contrasts sweetly with the coffee). When I pay £3.85 for a coffee I expect it to be made properly & a flat white should have 2 shots of coffee. I'm tired of being given insipid, pale coffee, especially at the Storrington branch....read full review
Busy coffee shop for a Friday afternoon struggled to find a seat. Staff friendly. Drinks hot. Toilets could do with a deep clean or a refresh but this could be said for all costa
Not my normal place for coffee even though I live in the village and could walk home and make the same coffee on my machine for a fraction of the price. But I accompanied an elderly neighbour as he likes to stop there I'm guessing for the company. They all knew him and said hello so that is a thumbs up for me. I guess Costa is like Marmite, you either love it or hate it. I'm not a hater but I just cannot see the value in return for the expenditure. And when I saw the cakes, etc..........read full review
