British • “Went to Tides mid week lunchtime with my wife and Mother. All three of us had excellent well prepared and presented meals followed by deserts, again excellent. We,ll definitely return and recommend. ??”
British • “We came for breakfast. Breakfast choices were nice, no vegan breakfast as such, but they were happy to modify. The sausages were richmond I think, lovely hash brown, and tomates and mushroom.Breakfast partner enjoyed their full English as well. It was quiet, and fairly empty but it is large and there was a good turnover of guests while we were in.The service was good, the staff were helpful and polite.The venue is lovely, a really nice place for breakfast or lunch in a lovely location.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, they were happy to modify the veggie breakfast to vegan. Although they still sent the toast with butter, but it was wrapped so could be removed.”
British • “We strolled in with no booking on the off chance and it was very busy….. but they found a little table for 2 perfect for our mum & daughter date night.The service was impeccable the staff couldn’t do enough for us, the food came much quicker than I expected it was beautifully cooked and hot and everything was delicious.My eyes being bigger than my belly I had to take a doggy bag home.Highly recommended getting your self down for a great meal at an even better price!”
British • “We were driving through the area and decided to stop off for Sunday lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Food was great (one roast beef, one vegetarian roast), plentiful and good value. Excellent nut roast - full of good things and less heavy than most. Had both wanted a dessert but were too full. Staff were good. Would love to return.”

“We were lucky that we had our choice of seating. Was supposed to be a rainy afternoon, but again our luck preserved, so we decided to sit outside. The service was prompt and convivial. Our orders were delivered in a timely manner and looked delicious. My crabcakes could have been seared a tad more, and the size expanded somewhat. Nevertheless, they were quite tasteful. The side order of French fries was equally fresh and flavorful. The price was in the upper range. Would definitely return.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for a wheelchair.”
