I've never been disappointed by Rainbow House. The food has always been great quality. Other take aways have small, soggy onion rings but not here. The onion rings are huge and crispy. Every time I order from here, the food always arrives hot and tastes fresh. They've also given me free prawn crackers on a few occasions which is always a nice surprise. Always go here, and always get a good service and have recommended to lots of people and they have said the same,is one of our all time favourite takeaways. The staff always have a smile on their face when you walk in, and the food is a very high standard,and is get delicious.

I've got to say the food this evening was mediocre at best, especially the salt and pepper chips which were particularly awful. Completely redeemed by the excellent customer service, I was pretty annoyed about the food we had received but it was dealt with really well. I guess everyone has bad days from time to time but we were given a refund and the gentleman was extremely polite and apologetic. Hopefully it was just a one off.
