The young staff was excellent service shame about the old guy very rude ? food was averageThe price on the online menu was cheaper then the menu in the restaurant when we asked about this . The reply was sorry it's not been updated . We went Christmas eve be more customer service wouldn't go a miss . I don't think I would go again .
I don't visit this restaurant usually, but it was a work event. I feel that there is not enough staff when busy, and waiting time at the bar can be a long experience. The food is ok, but meat dishes from the main menu do not include any accompaniments and chips at £4.50 add considerably to the bill. The special set menu however, was good value. We asked for a dessert menu which never came, so we gave up in the end.

Service was very slow...it was a Saturday thou.....could not use two vouchers...only 1 per group....after I asked her why only 1 voucher.....she replied.....you should have sat separately to use two.....then said....we are a restaurant not a pub or salon.??????
