Ordered one chicken burger meal , PLAIN , waited 1 hour & 45 minutes for it to turn up COLD & with mayo & salad on , when I rang back up the woman said she’d asked the “chef” & he can confirm he didn’t put nothing on it , good job the photo speaks for its self. Normally really good service but tonight was shocking & rude over the phone !!

I have called first they said 1 hour 30 minutes for delivery time the second time I called them they said 15 minute more up to 2 hours I cancelled my order I am very disappointed at the service there service is really bad

I took out so I wouldn't know how the atmosphere was nor much of the service but I'm giving a 4 stars overall because of my order, I ordered a Phily cheese steak at 1 am thought I'm starving whatever food came earlier than what was expected so that's nice food in general was nice but felt like I missed something the cheese sauce came in a tub instead in the sub itself but overall I enjoyed the food however the dish itsellf lacked a certain something I couldn't quite put my finger on. Would order again

I ordered the stir fry Donner meat and fries and the stir fry Donner was amazing. It was juicy it didn’t taste cheap, I really enjoyed all the seasonings and sauce that was used to make the stir fry Donner. I think you guys should use steak chips instead of fries and the meal would be genuinely 10/10

ordered food was waiting an hour and half rings them and they tell me driver was outside but because i didn’t answer phone driver didn’t knock then charged me an additional fee to get my food re delivered , don’t
The worst customer service. Ordered the philly pizza. The order arrived 1 hour later and the pizza had been dropped by driver or the take way. They sent a replacement pizza an hour later which turned out to be the wrong pizza. They wouldn't collect the incorrect pizza or refund the payment. I wouldn't recommend them the food at this branch isn't anything special and I don't think its worth paying for

Very poor service waited 1 and a half hour for food to come wrong and freezing cold literally like they thrown frozen chips in the box I've spent alot of money with these guys and they have gone down the hill completely never ordering again lost a valuable
