Love the atmosphere, customer service and shisha here.. Can’t beat the attention to detail Phantoms staff takes care to consider for the comfort of customers, especially us girls! Great seating area, sick music, banging desserts and shisha.
The lounge was pretty good the seating is quite comfortable. The staff were really good willing to give recommendations on flavours ect. Open till fairly late with parking outside.The only thing I did not like was the shishas themselves, due to them not being khaleel mamnoon shishas the quality of the smoke was not amazing.

Didnt try the food but the shisha and service are top notch. Double apple shisha and mint tea is a great combo.Not a fan of the dubious "cash-only" policy - a customer should have multiple payment options.
