Very rude staff!!poor service with no hospitality.when i have done my payment and purchased all items , was sitting in dining area and after passing 10mins ,the lady at the counter was asking shoutly that did u payed for pizza???i was very embarrassed as all people in the store looking at me like i am a theif ,really disgusting as this is obvious how we get things without doing the payment from the counter. Its my humble request that please trained your staff.

When it comes to coffee the first coffee shop that comes to my mind is GREGGS. Affordable price along with first-rate quality and quantity. Most of the time, I like to drink cappuccino and hot chocolate .

DO NOT GO! Went to this location yesterday hoping to get a quick snack. I went up to the counter and asked which of their items were warm/fresh. The woman on the counter responded “Nothing” followed by a blank stare. Usually the staff at other locations will check which are warmest but these staff refused.The second member of staff then very rudely asked me to move with a horrible face even though I was being served at that till and there were two other tills not even in use. The third member of staff was not even working and explaining to a friend on the phone about how she’d had about 10 people throw something and her including a bin in just that same day. Obviously I was shocked and fairly appalled but I’m honestly not surprised that that happened.In the end, I received my pasty it was stone cold as if it had been cooked days in advance and had just been sitting there. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Everytime I come Bradford, and it's only Bradford, all the greggs store hardly have enough vegan options available nor is it in the oven cooking. Very frustrating as a frequent traveller who wants a nice quick bite in-between meals. Never happens in London

Got a sausage sandwich with 1 sausage in the sandwich, and the other 1 sausage (so i got 2 sausages in total in the sausage sandwich) had fallen into the bag. My girlfriend ordered a sausage bean and cheese melt, which when we sat down to eat felt as if it had come straight out of the freezer. A cup of tea which tasted like boiling piss. The staff and service was atrocious. Will certainly never be visiting again.

Very nice workers, lovely food. A tad overpriced, but amazing place overall no less! I have a 12-week course nearby (5 minute walk), so I’ll definitely be going there often in the near future.
