Poor service. Waiting almost an hour for our main meal. People who came in after us had food before us. Some people who came in before us who had ordered were also waiting for food, lots of customers asking where their food was. No real apology. Appalling. Won’t be coming

Our first time at Pizza Express, had a lovely experience. The chef came out and had a good practice session with the kids. This was very impressive. Our server was very kind and friendly, gave us some good recommendations. Try the Pizza Express app for amazing rewards. High end Pizza’s in a buzzing environment.

Came back after awhile, and hopefully will be coming back again. The dough balls are just delicious, all the bread is. The chilli prawns are well chilli but perfect, that's how I like them, the pizzas are nice too, but for me the star would be the dought balls and the bruschetta.

I’ve no idea how management expect two staff to manage and cook for this volume of people: it’s the run up to Christmas, and the day of the ice festival and there are only one member of service staff and one cook working. They have had to turn people away as they are full, the poor people working at this branch are run off their feet; it’s making for an awful customer experience as one person simply cannot deliver drinks, deliver food, take orders, clear tables, and seat a whole restaurant. Really bad experience today, but mainly because it was spent watching two people going through hell. Come on whomever owns this franchise or branch… sort it out.
