Portions have decreased a lot in recent times at subwayAlthough the staff were friendly, there was a 20 minute wait to get to the front of the queue. The sandwich was tasty however.I will probably give it another go at some point though, potentially at a quieter time

I went to this subway. I should not have gone looking at the reviews. Horrible service!!! I had to wait a long time to be served. There was hardly any bread left over. An Asian girl with a scarf was just chatting away and not bothering serving until my toasted cheese got cold.. she threw the salad on my bread and didn't make my sandwich properly! My foot long wasn't even covered when it came to adding the salad. If I wanted just bread, I would have gone elsewhere! Where's the good customer service in this place, it needs shutting down or get the staff to retrained!!

Had a one time voucher (was to be redeemed on a QR code) . Before scanning I asked could I have wedges & a 6 inch sub as I knew I had enough points to pay for both. The man who was serving me only out the 6 inch through and then at the end when I asked about my wedges he said he forgot and could no longer scan the code. £3 wasted.

Absolutely awful. Currently at the store right now at 15:03. 4 members of staff, all talking no one serving. I was stood waiting whilst I was walked past 5 times. I asked for my order and every few mins she asked to confirm the order as every time I explained she just started talking again. I got a foot long and she put one slice of cheese on the sand which, which half of the sandwhich shows there’s no cheese on. I had to ask for extra which I then had to pay for.

Absolutely Brilliant, staff really nice, had what I wanted a ailable, even bread in well 45 mins b fore closing time at 19:00pm.Thank you for the excellent service and 5 star review, what a massive difference in the engagement from the staff compared to 15 min walk away at the Foster Square Retail Park Subway.I wil be filling out my customer feedback from my Subway receipt aswell.(Genuine customer, paid for my order)

I always love going to Subway. The only problem is that I find myself not understanding the foreign staff there. And I don’t mean to bash them, as I completely understand. But the accents can make it difficult to know what they’re saying. But since that isn’t anyone’s fault, I’m giving this place 5 stars. The staff are very efficient and I’m definitely coming here at least twice a month (I’m only nearby on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays) for the next 10 weeks (currently taking a course nearby).
