We have eaten at Brooks restaurant a few times and always enjoyed it. But, when we booked for last Saturday, we were taken aback to discover the menu was 'Tapas'.Our tapas was served barley warm, and we we're given cold plates to eat it from! We thought we we're booking a restaurant with a full range menu, not tapas!Also, we thought it was very expensive for tapas.Sorry, but I won't be going back!

Great food at reasonable prices. We probably ordered more than we needed to do would recommend going for 2 dishes each. We had 3 each and some starters which was loads.Atmosphere was great, staff friendly and service was good. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Really exciting mix of food, cooked very well. Comfortable surroundings, friendly service. First time we’d been so we got recommendations on dishes which was nice. Minimal waiting time between courses. Attentive with topping up drinks. Would definitely go back.

Had this place highly recommended but on the first visit not impressed. Staff couldn't advise on food as new menu and they wasn't sure. Asked for all our tapas together but came very spread out and cold. Very expensive for what you got. Asked about my food and evening from the staff, which I politey told them but didn't seem to care
Went for Christmas with a freind. Like where it is parking a little difficult but found somewhere easily in the evening. Food nice.Good atmosphere. Staff freindly.

The food, while tasty, was nothing special. Surprisingly, the waitress that served us was so rude it beggared belief. I guess she didn't want to be there that night!! Shame, it ruined the experience
