It’s the first pub you come across from the bus station or even if your waiting for a bus it’s very handy to just call in or meeting place has I have been calling in over the past 20 years I just find it pretty ideal also with very reasonable prices plus welcoming staff oh the beer garden is a sun trap plus it’s very well kept plus they have had a some work done plus it also has its old features like the historic windows but to me this place his great for locals plus people...read full review

Good atmosphere if you like music blasting out. Plenty of sport on with the number of tvs.Don't think it suitable if you just want a quiet drink and conversation with friends especially on a Saturday night

Great pub with great choice of lagers n strongbow cider. Great for sport on telly friendly staff n nice beer garden...liking forward to coming again on covers sorted..miss this great pub loads.
