Just visited here so thought I'd review whilst it's fresh in my mind.No greeting or anything by the staff as you enter so you don't know if you can just sit down, or whether you need to order at the till etc.We sat down and eventually figured out how to get a menu.We tried to order a tuna melt sandwich and a halloumi bun but we're told the only things available were the sandwiches in the counter. So we had the egg sandwich and the salmon bagel as they were the only things offered to us and two lattes.The lattes were very weak to the point they tasted just like warm milk, the bread on the egg sandwich was stale. The salmon bagel was ok.The annoying thing was, the table next to us had a breakfast sandwich and other things to eat, so there clearly was more than just the sandwiches in the counter.I was recommended this place but it was very disappointing.

We visited for lunch on Saturday. The place has lots of potential - nice atmosphere and good menu - but failed to deliver.The sandwiches on display were already made up and looked like they'd been made the previous day at that - the egg mayo had a skin on and the tomato / mozzarella salad looked dry.We ordered lemon drizzle cake, which was just sat uncovered on the counter. Don't know how long it had been sitting there but it was very stale and as hard as a rock, The young girl behind the counter offered us another piece but we overheard her telling a colleague that all of the pieces were just as hard. Consequently we declined her offer. We would have appreciated an alternative or refund for the inedible cake but was never offered.Staff behind the counter were not particularly effective. We had to ask for glasses and cutlery and based on their response and the time taken to bring them, you'd think we had asked for the moon...
