Filter coffee no longer sold. Cheapest similar coffee, an Americano - which tastes worse - now £3.35. Crazy prices. A British-owned bakery next door does one for £1.95 :)

I'll start with a positive... Awesome coffee as ever! Sadly, rubbish tea. As at 12th July 2022, awful, rude, abrupt, unhelpful, and anything BUT friendly staff. They'd even run out of croissants before 10am and had no more - apparently! Then on top of it all, they no Internet service. The staff couldn't care less about customer service at this location! Shocking experience so we left.

I often visit this branch, and always find it to be pleasant and the staff nice and friendly.I visited today with my boy, after I picked him up from school. I was served by Ella, who was very friendly and was very kind to my boy by giving him the "biggest" cake pop and letting him sample a little cup of the chocolate whippy cream stuff. She was lovely to me too and very friendly.Her colleague, who's name I didn't see, was nice and friendly also. I received a great service and I recommend this branch. I've visited at different times of day and have never experienced huge waiting times. The coffee is always nice too.Kid-friendliness: Ella was wonderfully kind to my boy.

The store seems to be too small for the catchment area meaning that you have to wait forever to be served. The staff prioritise the drive thru over the in store customers, I have waited 20+ minutes for a coffee here before. They should have separate machines for drive thru and store. On a recent occasion I waited until most of the customer were gone to go and ask for an iced water. The staff member knew I was there and proceeded to just ignore me and keep their eyes down as to not make eye contact with me, I find this extremely rude and unhelpful. Coffee is always made sloppily due to the rushing and as the store is so busy the staff look constantly annoyed and have attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this store.

Friendly staff, good coffee & food.Vegetarian options: Lots of Vegan breakfast and lunch items.Parking: Usually plenty of parking spaces. Especially with it having a drive through.

After my last dismal visit several months ago, I thought I'd give it another try as I was passing and needed a quick lunch. Well the lady on the till was new I think so the order was slow, which is absolutely fine, she was lovely and little nervous. Unfortunately, I ate my lunch before even getting my drink. I assumed the young lady had not passed my drink order across which is not a huge issue. But when I went to ask, another lady said I would just have to wait and it will be at the end of the bar. At this point I knew my order hadn't been passed across so I asked if they could check and the lady just repeated I would have to wait and it would be at the end. So, I sat down, after another 10 mins I went up to the bar and the lady making the drinks asked what I was waiting for, I told her...and surprise surprise, she didn't have it. So she apologised and made it for me straight away. I don't understand why the other lady was so abrupt and rude and didn't just check for me. The other staff were lovely and the drink was lovely.

i visit this Starbucks regularly and i must say it’s one of the best if not the best in the area the staff are always friendly and polite i think i come a bit too much as they know my order as soon as i pull up to the drive thru this is why i always come to this starbucks makes me feel welcoming every time i visit

Go occasionally for drinks, sometimes to collect magic bags from too good to go and often combine the two. Never had a bad experience and staff always really friendly.
