I often visit this branch, and always find it to be pleasant and the staff nice and friendly.I visited today with my boy, after I picked him up from school. I was served by Ella, who was very friendly and was very kind to my boy by giving him the "biggest" cake pop and letting him sample a little cup of the chocolate whippy cream stuff. Appalling service and customer care ordered coffee in a cup to sit in I made sure three times to ensure the coffees came in a cup and was told OK o ly when it was made was I informed that it had to be in a takeaway cup no explanation or apology was given I could take it or leave it was the

Friendly staff, good coffee & food.Vegetarian options: Lots of Vegan breakfast and lunch items.Parking: Usually plenty of parking spaces. Especially with it having a drive through.
