Absolutely gorgeous. Even got seated early for our booked table. Food was to die for, couldn't ask for more in the service and the place is cosy and welcoming. This place just seems to improve with age.Vegetarian options: Daughters boyfriend is a vegetarian and was really happy, couldn't believe the choice
Visited the week before xmas to try the seasonal menu and were pleasantly surprised. The two course meal priced at £17.95 was certainly excellent value. The main course was as good as any l have had in a restaurant in the last few years. So good in fact we had to return for it the next day……greedy? Maybe. Many thanks to Jason and the staff.

A lovely find. We were impressed from the moment we arrived on New Year’s Eve. The staff were so friendly and enjoyed a laugh with us all. The food was lovely, piping hot and plentiful . We will be back, it’s worth a journey to get there.
