My 6 year old daughter and I love to come here once a week. My daughter had a hot chocolate today and as we were sat down a guy that works here came over and asked if we knew that they do pink hot chocolates, we didn't, and so he made one for us off his own back. Great gesture. Turns out she prefers the normal hot chocolate but still, love the fact he improved our experience here today. Today I went to Costa with my girlfriend. We had a hazelnut and caramel latte and salted caramel brownie and my girlfriend’s coffee bean didn’t go on at first. But before we left a member of staff called Richard solved the issue and gave my girlfriend 2 coffee beans on the app which is absolutely amazing customer service?? We will be coming back again ??
