Bread old, drove away and had to go back as hadn't put the burger in my drive through order. This isn't the first time this has happened, tried to give them another go, burger king won't be on my meal lists ever again had it with their repetitive incompetency

Ordered via the app. Delivery was over an hour and the food was cold. Deliveroo blamed burger King. Two weeks later I got an email from burger King blamed the delivery people .Wouldn't do it again, especially when there are so many options

Service has gotten slack over the past few months. As with most 'fast food' restaurants now, the diner suffers due to the delivery orders being processed. Could do with a good clean.

I'd give zero but something was needed for this review, I would highly recommend to avoid this restaurant, the neglect of the staff that prepare our food is a disgrace, I was eating my burger, to find a folded paper label within one of my bites, unfolded it to find its part of the packaging for the lettuce. Safety and Hygiene are clearly not their concern

Popped in with my kids for a quick bite, Customer service was non existent rude and very unhelpfull, keep waiting a long time even though it wasn't that busy, got our order wrong twice complained waste of time very disgusted would never take my kids here again this BK, especially..
I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good never had a bad burger from here. Always fresh , well made with quality ingredients. One of the reason I go . The service was great staff training has been worked on as well as customer service. The up keep of the seating area was good. It was kept clean and fresh
