Still disappointed in this place with the service. Now frequent other dog freindly places with better service and better value for money. Also the decor and cleanliness is appalling. Water or coffee stains on walls and floors which have not been cleaned. Constantly tables not cleared. The regime here requires an overhaul including housekeeping.

Been coming to nero in fax for a few years now and in the last six months the service and general look of the place has significantly gone downhill. Dirty stocky floors and tables, toilets unkempt look, damage to floors, chairs, walls etc. The service you ask for a ham and cheese lattice and get a pork one. Waiting time for the product also long and I even prompted the staff. 15 minutes wait for a lattice iv finished my coffee by time I got to enjoy it. Really disappointed quantity over quality.

I havent been in for a long time, called in for a mocha this morning, what a amazing turn around, so clean, really cosy, staff were lovely and coffee was perfect just what I needed this morning, I will becmaking it my go to place for coffee

Nero is the one place we can enjoy a coffee when we have our dog with us. They were very friendly and even provided our dog with a bowl of water. It is brilliant that some cafes allow customers to bring their dogs in instead of having to sit outside with the smokers.

I have come back to Niro cafe after a long time maybe 6/7 years and the staff were courteous and helpful, the trainee behind counter was very helpful and observant, I had my mocha which I have to admit tasted exceptionally nice, although I feel the leather chairs could do with an upgrade, also the interior could be a little bit more clean, there were drip marks down the counter where we order I shall add photos, other then that I feel I would definitely like to go enjoy a cuppa here again because it’s got a cosy feeling over all I enjoyed my little stay.

Nice coffee shop, friendly staff, upstairs furniture is ageing and feeling old but overall clean and tidy. Another nice Nero's.

Honestly the staff here seem great but maybe they just don't get time to clean or Nero needs to hire professional cleaners because the toilet was absolutely disgusting and there's no hand-wash, so if staff are using it, where are they washing their hands?!

The coffee here aren't that great, always order to take out and whenever I do the staff always put the espresso directly into the paper cup form the machine. Utter laziness and it makes the coffee taste like card board and really bitter. It's rare that I get a coffee that actually tastes nice. It's always bitter. Iv noticed as well that the staff don't clean the coffee out of the filters from the machine. They just seem really careless. It's literally a coffee shop it should have good coffee there with staff that actually know how to make a good coffee.
