Only visit for the pasties. Although they seem (to me) to have changed over the years, it's still something I pay more for every now and then (there's pound bakery a few shops down the road which are cheaper).
The most friendly, speedy and hard working staff I've ever met in a shop. Super kudos to them I hope management recognises the gold team on their hands. Food is usual for Greggs.

Customer service excellent. I visited today no hot sausage rolls. Staff informed me how long they would be and to come back. They had already done my coffee. Just said no problem we will make you a new one when you call back for your sausage roll. Excellent staff soPleasant. Will I go back of course and thankyou
